This project is a new distinctive franchise project labeled “Grease Monkey”, for automobile service. It is a prototype design located at different selected sites throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and will be developed, owned and operated by the developer. Its architectural design reflects the modern architectural school with the use of corrugated sandwich metal panels integrated with stone cladding in elevations.
