4 Star Hotel

This hotel exhibits a modern architectural landmark along the prominent Malik Road in Jeddah. It has been designed with side elevations using terracotta cladding integrated with the main façade glass curtain wall facing the road. A huge canopy on the roof has been introduced to add grandeur to the design. With two roads connecting site at opposite directions, this project utilized this feature to get traffic smooth access from Malik Rd. into the drop-off area and ramps to Basements and out at back street.
