This projectis a mixed-use commercial tower comprised of a hotel,long lease apartments, offices and a shopping mall. It is located in one of the most important hubs to Jeddah visitors along Madinah Road. Its architectural design reflects the modern approach and has a 6 story podium housing shopping stores, high end restaurants, banquet & wedding halls, kitchen, roof garden and multi-level car parking garage. The project has two towers emerging from
a podium the highest has 27 floors making it the tallest structure overlooking Madinah Road.
