Social & Business Club
The project is located at the prime commercial corridor King AbdulazizRd. It is a social & business club offering a private gathering place to connect and collaborate with the multifaceted women & men of Jeddah. The project implies the utilization of an existing villa structure to suit the new development. It consists of two floors Ground Floor (open for public), First Floor (private for members) and an open to air Roof Level (for partial indoor & outdoor activities). The project design employed the use of the traditional Hejazi Mashrabiyaon all its exterior facades integrated with glass curtain walls which has added value to the distinguished architectural projects that are built along King AbdulazizRoad
